The airline is responsible for locating your baggage and delivering it within a maximum period of 7 days (domestic flights) or 21 days (international flights). If the baggage is not found within this period, you will be entitled to compensation, which must be paid by the airline within 7 days.

In cases of baggage theft, report the incident in writing to the airline. They are responsible for the baggage from the moment of check-in until it is received by the passenger.
