● Lounges with big screens will be available for passengers to watch the games.

● Instagrammable spaces for photos have also been prepared.

● Partnership with Idesam will encourage donations for reforestation of the Amazon.

The Soccer World Cup has engaged the vast majority of people in preparing for the games. There are decorations, jerseys, and, of course, a lot of anticipation to watch the games and share their impressions on social media. Manaus Airport, managed by Concessionária dos Aeroportos da Amazônia, a member of the VINCI Airports network, has also prepared to meet the desires of those passing through the terminals with a special space for fans.

Three lounges with game broadcasts have been set up in the boarding area, both in the public and restricted sections, as well as in the food court. An interactive activation decoration, distribution of food gifts in public areas is also expected to take place during game times. In the cargo terminals, there will be lounges in the main hall where customers and employees can watch the soccer matches.

For those who never miss a chance to update their social media with exclusive shots, the airport administration has prepared a photobooth – a selfie capture booth, and even cheerleaders to make this moment more special.

Another initiative adopted by Concessionária dos Aeroportos da Amazônia was a partnership with the Institute for Conservation and Sustainable Development of Amazonas - Idesam in the campaign titled “A Goal for the Amazon,” to enable resources for the restoration of deforested areas. The goal is to make donations through kiosks installed in the terminals. Passengers will be able to contribute money for the recovery of an area equivalent to seven soccer fields. More information about the campaign can be found through the link idesam.org/um-gol-para-amazonia.

The CEO of Concessionária dos Aeroportos da Amazônia, Karen Strougo, commented that "the company focused on the experience and comfort of passengers who will transit through the terminals during the games, providing a space for them to take photos and watch the games comfortably. The partnership with Idesam was also conceived as a way to value the Amazon and enable resources for reforestation.”
