Manaus Airport now has daily connection with Panama

• Expansion reinforces the role of Manaus Airport as an international hub;
• With daily flights to Panama, Manaus expands its international routes and establishes itself as the gateway to the Amazon for the world;
• Investments in the Airport's infrastructure ensure quality to accommodate the growth in passenger flow.

The Manaus International Airport, part of the VINCI Airports network, began offering daily flights to Panama City starting in June. This new frequency reinforces the strategic role of the airport as a hub in the Northern region and expands the international connections of the Amazonian capital.

The route, operated by Copa Airlines, currently has five weekly flights. With the increase, flights will occur daily, facilitating access to over 80 destinations in Central, South, and North America, and the Caribbean, through Tocumen International Airport in Panama City.

The expansion of international offerings is another step in consolidating the airport as an air integration point between Brazil and abroad. In 2024, other important routes were resumed from Manaus: Gol resumed direct and seasonal flights to Miami, while TAP reestablished the connection with Lisbon, enhancing the Amazon's connection with Europe.

This year, Gol also expanded the connection between Manaus and Bogotá, facilitating access to Caribbean destinations such as Cartagena, San Andrés, and Medellín, and helping to boost the flow of foreign tourists to the Amazon region.
